Performers

The number of performers is determined by the situation, the length of the program, and the size of the performance area.  Intimate social situations such as weddings, birthdays, luncheons generally require a small group of  8 to 12 dancers.  Hour long Lecture demonstrations in an auditorium or gymnasium require a larger group of  36 to 45 dancers.

Country Bus Information

County bus rental arrangements must be made four weeks in advance.  During the school day county buses must pick up after 9:30 a.m. and return to Molina no later than 2:00 p.m. In the afternoon busses are not available until 5:00 p.m.

Because of the difficulty in obtaining bus chargers from Dallas County Bus Transportation, bus charges will no longer be sent to the inviting organization following the event. Bus fees will be estimated based on $50 per hour ($150 for most events) and payment is to be made on or before the event.

For trips outside within the Metroplex but outside Dallas County an additional fee of $50 will be charged. 

Overnight Trips

For performances requiring overnight stay arrangements must be made three months in advance and a fee of $______ will be charged for insurance.  Inviting organization will be required to provide lodging.

Please note that the folklórico and flamenco shoes are very abrasive. The shoes will damage soft and medium wood floors, painted floors, and may even scratch hard wood surfaces.  

Setting the portable wood floor requires 30 minutes.  A fee $15 will be charged for setting the portable floor.

Performances During Meal Times

Jaguara requires lunch to be provided by the inviting organization for performances between 11:15 and 1:00 and between 5 and 8:00 p.m.

 In such instances please indicate the type of meal to be provided (sit down dinner, buffet, sack lunch, money for Cici's or McDonald's)

Donations

Jaguara has a costume wardrobe valued at $68,000. We require a minimum donation of $300 for performances plus transportation and travel expenses.
